حقوق و دستمزد آنها بالاتر رود؟

آیا بزرگداشت روز پرستار به این معنی است که: بیماری را افزایش دهیم، تا نیاز به پرستار و پزشک و بیمارستان بیشتر شود، و حقوق و دستمزد آنها بالاتر رود؟ متاسفانه مافیای پزشکی در ایران، چنین اهدافی را دنبال می کند: با تغییر روش پرداخت کارانه و اضافه کاری پرستاران، آنها را به کار پزشکان مربوط دانسته! بطوریکه اگر پزشک بیکار باشد، همه عوامل پرستاری هم بی حقوق و دستمزد خواهند بود. سازمان نظام پرستاری امیدوار است که طرح قاصدک، به نظام کارانه یا حقوق ودستمزد عادی برگردد. اما این تنها شیرینکاری نظام سلامت نیست! اولین انحراف در نظام سلامت، چند شغله شدن پزشکان است. البته آنهم فقط برای تفریح یا درآمد نیست. بلکه بیشتر مشاغل ی و اداری را قبضه کرده اند. مشاغل مهندسی هم از دست آنها در امان نیست. پزشکان تمدار یا تاجر، در واقع کسانی هستند که از فروش سلامت مردم، به الاف و اولوفی رسیده اند. پزشکان یا پرستاران نباید نماینده مجلس! وزیر یا مدیر کل و حتی رئیس بیمارستان بشوند. زیرا با هر تغییر شغلی، یک پزشک کمتر می شود. وقتی دکتری که وزیر شد، ظاهرا می گفت هفته ای یک روز به مطب می رود، و کودکان را ویزیت می کند. ولی این واقعیت مطلب نیست! زیرا ایشان در دوران وزارت، آنقدر سفرهای خارجی داشتند که مشهور بود می گفتند: فقط برای دوش گرفتن به ایران می آید! والبته چرا به فکر خودش نمی رسید؟ چون یقه پیراهن را سفت می بست، که خون به میزان کافی به مغز نرسد، تا با خیال راحت از پزشکی دور باشد. دکتر فاضل که رئیس نظام پزشکی بوده و هست و خواهد بود! فقط به دلیل اینکه از امام خمینی پرستاری می کرد. والا نه مغز ی دارد و نه ایدئولوزی و راهبرد مشخص. هیچ پزشک برندی، نداریم که در وادی ت نرفته باشد. چه از انطرف! و چه از این طرف. واین نشان می دهد مردم از ترس اینکه بیماری انها مداوا نشود، به پزشکان رای می دهند. گرچه عاقبت پرستاری از امام خمینی هم، به بهشت زهرا منتهی شد. مافیای پزشکی برای اینکه بیکار نماند، همه گلوگاهها را بسته! در بودجه کشوری، بزرگترین سهم را برای سلامت می گیرد. که بخشی از این سهم خواهی ها، در محاکمه دختر وزیر آشکار شد. و معلوم شد همه تخصیص های بودجه ای، فقط برای اختلاس کردن بوده. که حتی دختر وزیر را هم جوگیر کرده، تا آبروی پدر و دیگر صنعتگران را هم از بین ببرد. مافیای پزشکی بعد از بودجه سراغ روان مردم رفته! دکتر داروسازی که دارای پست عالی است، می گوید ون باید مردم را شاد کنند! وقتی شما با ترفند های مختلف مردم را بیمار نشان می دهید، از دست روخانیون کاری برنمی آید! اول که می گویند همه آدم ها، جامع الامراض هستند و باید دائم زیر نظر پزشک باشند. اگر حتی آزمایشها هم جواب نداد! می گویند شاید ما نتوانستیم تشخیص بدهیم، باز هم بیایید برای معاینه! بعد: می گویند همه مردم از بدو جنین! حامل همه نوع ویروس هستند، و دائم باید زیر نظر پزشکانی باشند که: خودشان جزو آدمیزاد نیستند(چون جامع الامراض نیستند). حتی برای بچه دار شدن باید از پزشک اجازه بگیرند. برای ازدواج کردن باید آزمایش بدهند. و اکثر آزمایش ها هم برای: بردن آبروی عروس و داماد است، تا مانع ازدواج شوند و یا آنها را به طلاق بکشاند. زیرا که می گویند آزمایش بده! پس از فرض جامع الامراض بودن خود، مشکوک هستند! با این روش ها پسر عمو ودختر عمو(مانند حضرت علی ع و فاطمه) که: عقد شان در آسمانها بسته شده، به دست شما به طلاق و جدایی می رسد. نمک و قند که اینهمه تاکید شده، از نظر شما حرام ! و حتما باید با سرم آن را دریافت کنند.
