او در واقع شهید راه الاغ شد

دموکراسی غربی با غفلت از عقلانیت، به همان شورای سقیفه بنی ساعده تبدیل شده است. زیرا عقلانیت حکم می کند که فرد، از سوی خدا یا نماینده خدا تایید صلاحیت شده باشد، ولی سقیفه بنی ساعده فقط قومیت را می شناسد، و رئیس قبیله را صاحب اختیار همه می شمارد. اگر 5نفر در سقیفه رای دادند یعنی: همه ملت تایید کرده اند. سیستمهای حکومتی جهان غیر از جمهوری اسلامی ایران، همگی فاقد مشروعیت های اصلی هستند! در برخی کشورها که اصلا از سوی مردم انتخاب نمی شوند! مانند کشورهای عربستان و قنلاند و ژاپن! و انگلیس. که پادشاهی در ان موروثی است، و از پدر به پسر می رسد. و هرگونه درخواست تغییر هم به شدت سرکوب می شود. در برخی کشورها، که مثلا انتخابات هست، باز هم فلسفه  عقلانیت مطرح نیست، یعنی لازم نیست کسی که حاکم می شود، عاقلترین فرد باشد. هرکس که بتواند بجای کلمه مار، عکس مار را بکشد رای می اورد! ماکرون در فرانسه نمونه بارز ان است، که توانسه با فریب مردم رای بیاورد، ولی با اینکه همه مردم فرانسه عزل او را می خواهند، با تکیه بر انتخابات به کشتار مردم اقدام می کند. و آنها مجبورند تا انتخابات بعدی صبر کنند. و معلوم نیست در انتخابات بعدی هم، ترفند جدیدی نزند تا آرای مردم را بد. در برخی کشورها مثل آمریکا، دقیقا روش سقیفه ای است. زیرا روش جکومت داری را، از مسلمانان یاد گرفتند، ولی از نوع سقیفه ای ان. کارت الکترال یعنی تعیین رئیس قبیله! بعد روسای قبایل می نشینند، و رئیس جمهور را انتخاب می کنند. و مردم هرچه اعتراض می کنند، کار بجایی نمی رسد. در این سه مورد ذکر شده، اگر پلیس فدرال یا محلی نبود، همه آنها باید عزل می شدند، و انتخابات جدیدی صورت می گرفت. پس در تمام دنیا حکومت دیکتاتوری، با لباس دموکراسی در حال اجرا است! و مردمان زیادی در این را قتل عام می شوند. جالب این است که در هیچ کجای دنیا هم، ثبت نمی شود! از نظر دولتهای خودشان که خرابکار و یا تروریست هستند. از طرف همپیمانان و شرکای دولتی هم، جز این انتظاری نیست. در کشورهای اسلامی یا در میان آزادیخواهان نیز، منزلتی ندارند زیرا که باز هم می خواهند: به همین روش ادامه بدهند. از نظر اسلامی و قرانی هم شهید حساب نمی شوند، زیرا نیت شهید شدن ندارند، بلکه با نیت های دیگری به میدان می روند! می گویند مردی در یکی از جنگها، همراه پیامبر بود و در اثر رفتن به سوی دشمن، تیری بر او اصابت کرد و کشته شد! همه گقتند که او شهید شده! اما پیامبر فرمود نه! پرسیدند چرا؟ فرمود او می خواست اسب یکی از: افراد دشمن را مالک شود. او در واقع شهید راه الاغ شد. اسلام و حکومت اسلامی، عقلانیت شرط است نه غریزه و خواست مادی. ولایت فقیه در لغت به معنی حکومت خردورزان است. هرکسی نمی تواند ولایت داشته باشد، بلکه باید بهترین خردمندان چهان یا ملت باشد. خردمندی به معنی عالم بودن تنها نیست. زیرا دانش و علم، محفوظاتی است که ذهن های تیز هوش، یا حافظه های قوی، بهتر صبط می کنند. بلکه شناختن راههای درست و هدایت صحیح مردم است. به همین دلیل شخص باید فقیه باشد. آن هم فقیه جامع الشرایط. یعنی ابتدا با اصول و فرامین الهی آشنایی داشته باشد، بعد بتواند آنها را با مسائل مبتلابه تطبیق دهد.  بهترین قاضی هم زمان است. یعنی با اجرای فرامین او، جامعه به راه درست می رود. و چند سال بعد معلوم می شود، که تصمیم آن روزه بهترین تصمیم بوده.  واین ممکن نیست مگر به داشتن نگاهی روشن، به اینده جهان. امام خمینی ره، چنان دید روشنی به اینده داشت، که بسیاری از سخنان ایشان، بعد از چهل سال فهمیده می شود.

Democracy and the Bani Saada Shadow Story

Western democracy has become the same shady council as Bani Saadah, ignoring rationality. Because rationality requires that a person be approved by God or God's representative, but Bani Sa'adah recognizes only ethnicity, and the head of the tribe holds the power of all. And any request for change is severely suppressed. In some countries, such as elections, there is still no philosophy of rationality, that is, one does not have to be the wisest person to rule. Anyone who can snap a snake's picture instead of the word snakes! Macron in France is a prime example of a man who can vote to deceive people, but despite all the French people wanting to oust him, he is killing people by relying on elections. And they have to wait for the next election. And it is unclear, in the next election, a new trick to steal people's votes. In some countries, such as the United States, it is exactly the method of salivation. Because they learned the method of govtism from the Muslims, but its kind of Sufi. Electoral card means appointing a clan chief! Then the tribal chiefs sit down, electing the president. And no matter what the people are protesting about, nothing works. In these three cases, if the police were not federal or local, they would all have to be dismissed, and new elections would take place. So dictatorship is running all over the world in the guise of democracy! And many people are being massacred in this. Interestingly, it is not registered anywhere in the world! In terms of their governments being saboteurs or terrorists. On the other hand, allies and government partners expect nothing more. In Islamic countries or among liberals too, they have no status because they still want to: continue in the same way. In Islamic and Qur'anic terms, they are not considered martyrs, because they do not intend to be martyrs, but go on with other intentions! It is said that a man was accompanied by a Prophet in one of the battles, and a shot was fired at the enemy and killed! Everyone is martyred! But the Prophet said no! They asked why? He said he wanted one of the horses: to possess the enemy. He actually became a martyr to the ass. Islam and the Islamic state are rationality, not material instinct and desire. The word jurisprudence means, in a word, rational government. Not everyone can have a province, but they must be the best of the wise or the nation. Wisdom does not mean being alone. Because science and science are shelters that record the sharpest minds, or strongest memories. Rather, knowing the right ways and guiding the people properly. That is why one must be a jurist. It is also a comprehensive jurisprudence. That is, he is first acquainted with divine principles and commands, then able to adapt them to the issues at hand. The best judge is at the same time. That is, by following his orders, society is on the right track. And a few years later, it turns out, that decision was the best decision of the day. And this is not possible unless you have a clear, future look at the world. Imam Khomeini had such a clear vision of the future that many of his words would be understood after forty years.
