آمار فاسد یا آمارگران فاسد!.

بله! بعضی مواقع آمار هم فاسد می شود شاید اصلا همیشه فاسد یاشد و بدتر اینکه مادر تمام فساد ها باشد. اما در هر صورت آمار موجودی بی اختیار است، که بهشت و جهنم برایش فرق نمی کند، بلکه این کاربر است که از ان سوأ استفاده می کند. یکی از اساتید قدیمی دانشگاه تهران می گفت: اگر دروغ بزرگ می خواهید بگویید، از آمار استفاده کنید. تعریف فساد هم معلوم نیست، هرکسی فساد را در چیزی می داند. که گاهی انها متضاد هم هستند. مثلا جاه طلبی یا خود محوری، یکی از پایه های فساد است ولی در عمل آن را رد می کنند. لذا تشخیص فاسد از غیر فاسد مشکل می شود. نهایت این امر هم نسبی دانستن اخلاق است. نسبیت انیشتین راه را برای همه فساد ها باز می کند: اگر در خانه   بگردید، کسی به شما ایراد نمی گیرد ولی اگر در خیابان باشد فساد است، باز آنهم نسبی است:  در خیابانهای کنار دریا و آنتالیا باشید یا در خیابانهای مکه! بازهم مشکل باقی است. زمانی پوشیدن لباس پاره،  نشان فقر و تهیدستی بود، ولی الان در تهران و برخی شهرها، مایه برتری و آلامد بودن است. در دوره فوق لیسانس مدیریت مالی به ما می گفتند: اگر کسی یک دلار را دو دلار کند! با هوش است واگر بیشتر کند نابغه است. ولی حالا به این افراد اختلاس گر، یا می گویند. همه ان بیت المال و اختلاس گران، دارای تحصیلات عالینه در همین زمینه هستند. پس چه باید کرد؟ باید در عمل و در تئوری، خدا را در نظر داشت و به دستورات او عمل کرد. که فرموده اند حرام محمد، حرام الی یوم القیامه و حلاله، حلال الی یوم القیامه، یعنی از نسبیت باید خارج شد. در آمار هم این موضوع اصل است: چون همه چیز با استاندارد سنجیده می شود. انحراف از استاندارد، فساد و عیب محسوب شده، که باید برای رفع آن چاره اندیشید. در صنعت ابزار دقیق، غیراستانداردها با اینکه زیاد هم هستند، از دور مصرف خارج می شوند. در صنایع غذایی، گاهی یک کشتارگاه امحا می شود، تا بقیه کشتارگاهها آنفلونزای مرغی نگیرند! بنابر این خود آمار دقیق است. ولی کاربران ممکن است فاسد باشند و: نتیجه را تغییر دهند یا در استنتاج دخیل باشند.  سالها روانشناسان ادعا می کردند که: سیاهپوستان احمق هستند! و بهره هوشی انها پایین است، اما بعد معلوم شد برای سنجش آی کیو: سیاه پوستان از وسایل آزمایشی سفید پوستان، استفاده می کنند که طبیعتا سیاهپوستان، با آن آشنایی ندارند. سالها است که آمریکا را در همه چیز برتر نشان می دهند! زیرا  معیار انها چیز هایی است که: سازمان سیا در اختیارشان می گذارد.  اگر بدهی آمریکا زیاد باشد، کشور قدرتمند درجه یک است، زیرا 25تریلیون دلار بدهی دارد! ولی روسیه 500میلیارد و ایران 7میلیارد دلار. علت را هم اینطور بیان می کنند که: آمریکا خلق ثروت کرده، بدون اینکه هزینه آن را بپردازد. که ما در فارسی یعنی: با کت و شلوار دیگران داماد شده است. کسر بودجه هم به همین شکل است: اگر آمریکا کسر بودجه نداشته باشد، اول است داشته باشد هم، اول است. در حالت نخست چون توانسته خلق ثروت  از جیب مردم کند، پس  اعتماد و اعتبار دارد. اگر کسر بودجه هم نداشته باشد، مردم اعتماد کردند و مالیات ها را پرداخته اند. لذا آمار مانند چوب دو سر طلا! در دست آمار گیر است. تا چگونه آنرا توجیه کند. در ایران نیز چون آمار در دست سلطان واردات است، همه چیز طوری انتخاب می شود، که نیاز به واردات را نشان دهد. در نفت و گاز و دارو خودکفا هستیم، ناگهان سالی 4میلیارد دلار بابت واردات کا می خواهد پس کمبود کالای اساسی! داریم. مردم اگر به بیماری چربی خون و کلسترول مبتلا نشوند می میمیرند! فقرا و محرومین منتظر اختصاص از: صندوق ذخیره ارزی.
